Oxygen Gas Plant

Oxygen gas plants produce highly pure oxygen with purity upto 99.7%, which finds application in a number of industries such as steel industry, health care industry, brazing industry, glass industry and so on. Our company in technical collaboration with ING. L. & A. BOSCHI of Italy manufactures and exports technologically advanced and reliable oxygen gas plants with the capacity ranging from 20 m3/hr to 5000 m3/hr. The performance of the systems is smooth and hurdle free. Its fully automatic functioning feature allows customers to have only a one operator to manage function.

The machines fill in cylinders directly at standard 150 to 160 Bar (kg/cm2). The system produces highly pure oxygen, which finds application in industrial and medical segments. The machines use liquid oxygen pump technology to fill liquid oxygen directly from the liquid in the condenser to fill compressed gaseous oxygen in cylinders at 155 bar( 200 bar optional). Our systems get acclaimed for having a number of features for instance advance technology, low power consumption, skid mounted technology, ease of installation and minimal maintenance.


Skid Mounted Designs: Owing to the design, all our equipments and components can be mounted on single skid ready for installation.

AIR SEPARATION UNIT (COLUMN): The columns are made from cryogenic grade STAINLESS STEEL materials with argon welding so as to make the machines leak proof and produce high quality medical and industrial oxygen.

LIQUID OXYGEN PUMP: It is an oil-free and water free design with special stainless steel head to fill in compressed gaseous oxygen in cylinders.

MOLECULAR SIEVE BATTERY: We use special over-size design with L/D ratio molecular sieve battery to prevent fluidization and ensure long life.

PROCESS SKID: All equipments are mounted on processed skid complete with gas/air/water lines for high purification of air.

TECHNOLOGY: The technology we use is internationally approved for its exceptional performance, durability and usefulness.

Process of producing oxygen:

Air Compression: In the first step, we have air compressors attached with suction filter to suck atmospheric air and compress it.

Air Purification: In this second step, we use process skid to purify the compressed air. The compressed air carries impurities like carbon dioxide, dust and moisture, which need to be removed before sending for cooling.

Air Cooling: The purified air in this third stage needs to be cooled down to temperature sub-zero (cryogenic) by expansion engine.

Air Separation: In this second last step, oxygen and nitrogen get separated. The separation procedure takes place in cold boxes.

Cylinder Filling: In the last step, oxygen and nitrogen are filled in cylinders with the help of liquid oxygen pump.
