The sizes of the machines is ranging from 20 m³/hour to 5,000 m³/hour, and purity one can expect is upto 99.7% oxygen and 99.99% nitrogen. Basic functioning process of the machines

Air Compressor: We use advanced air cooled air compressors to compress the atmospheric air. Suction filter takes the air in and sends for compression.

Process Skid: The skid purifies the compressed air. Generally, the compressed air carries impurities like carbon dioxide, moisture and dust.

Expansion Engine: The purified air needs to be cooled down to temperature sub-zero (cryogenic). Expansion engine cools down the air.

Air Separation Unit (Cold Box): In the air separation unit, the oxygen and nitrogen get separated.

Liquid Oxygen Pump: In the final stage, liquid oxygen pump is employed to fill in cylinders at the pressure Of 150 To 200 bar.
