Nitrogen Plants


We manufacture and supply advanced nitrogen plants made with technical assistance of ING. L&A BOSCHI of Italy. The Italian company is popular all over the globe for its designs and manufacturing expertise, which are employed to manufacture a nitrogen plant. We offer different capacity plants ranging from 20 m3/hr to 5000 m3/hr and generate nitrogen with purity upto 99.99%. Once the machines installed, they perform exceptionally well for years without malfunctioning.


For manufacturing expertise and maintaining quality, we have been awarded with different certificates, including ISO and CE certification. Without CE certification, a certificate for quality products in the international market, no one can supply products in the USA and Europe. The quality of the products helps us retain our existing customers and lure potential ones. The machines use liquid oxygen pump technology to fill liquid oxygen directly from the liquid in the condenser to fill compressed gaseous oxygen in cylinders at 155 bar( 200 bar optional).

Untill today, we have manufactured over 300 nitrogen plants and supplied all over the world. Our machines are doing exceptional in terms of performance at low maintenance cost so we are getting new customers each passing day. In order to fulfill the increasing demand, we have developed many spacious manufacturing units to manufacture different plants at a single time. Different teams are assigned for different work so there is no compromise with the quality.


Main components of our nitrogen plants

Air compressors: Our Company takes advanced and internationally approved air compressors to compress the atmospheric air. With the assistance of the compressors, our plants compress the air at a low pressure of 5-7 bar. It is an advanced machine and work effectively for years at different geographical locations.


Process Skid: The process skid removes impurities like moisture and Carbon dioxide present in the air. The DUST FILTER instilled in it alleviates dust particles before air enters the AIR SEPARATION COLUMN.


Cryogenic Expander: The air has to be cooled to sub zero temperatures for liquification & the cryogenic refrigeration & the cooling is provided by highly efficient turbo expander, which cools the air to temperature almost below -165 to-170 degC.


Air separation unit (Column): The unit is manufactured by using cryogenic grade STAINLESS STEEL materials with argon welding in order to make it fit for leak proof operation and produce high quality medical and industrial oxygen.


Liquid oxygen pump: The pump, featured with oil-free and water free design has special stainless steel head, is employed to fill in compressed gaseous oxygen in cylinders.


Molecular sieve battery: Our company offers special over-size design with L/D ratio to prevent fluidization and long life with molecular sieves of Zeochem, Switzerland/ceca France.


Electrical Panel: The panel is a source to supply of electricity to individual motors from one point. It is an advanced system that enables the operator to control all the motors from one single point.


Cooling Tower: The cooling tower has Draft-Rotary Sprinkler type with aluminum Casting Fan, FRP Body with suitable Electric Motor so as to maintain the circulating water temperature between the Hot well and Cold well for maximum performance of the Plant.
